By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms provided under this Policy and agree to be bound by them. We respect and value our clients and believe in providing them with maximum service satisfaction. However, in case you are not happy or satisfied with the services, kindly write to us and we will ensure to rectify the issue or make refunds for the orders placed. The cancellation of the orders placed on the Platform shall be governed by this Policy.
1. Company Reserves the Right to Refuse/Cancel Any Services
The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any Service(s) if:
- It suspects a fraudulent transaction
- It suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction not in accordance with the Terms of Use
- Unavailability of the staff
2. Applicability of Policy
2.1 By agreeing to use the Platform and/or placing a request for the purchase of Services, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree, you are advised not to transact on the Platform.
2.2 The terms of this Policy shall be applicable on both categories of customers: (i) Subscribed members of the Platform; and (ii) Pay-as-you-go Customers.
2.3 Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy. Every time you wish to use the Platform, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms that apply.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 If you wish to cancel any order under Draft by an Expert, Review a Contract, POSH, and Trademark/Copyright Filing (except E-signature, Talk to Expert Services, and DIY orders), the same shall be initiated within a period of 01 (One) hour from placing the order. Refunds will be initiated (after deducting applicable taxes) within 7 (Seven) working days.
3.2 Cancellation requests shall be made in the prescribed manner as stipulated in Section 5 of this Policy.

4. Refunds Other Than for Cancellation
4.1 Payments made on this Platform are in lieu of services (the "Service Fee"). Once the Service Fee has been paid and the cancellation period has lapsed, the work is assigned to our legal experts who invest their time and effort. Therefore, the Service Fee is non-refundable due to resources and manhours spent on delivering the services. Any taxes, filing fees, or government charges are also non-refundable. Under any circumstances, refunds shall not exceed the Service Fee paid after deducting applicable taxes.

5. Manner of Raising Cancellation or Refund Requests
5.1 Any request for cancellation or refund shall be raised by writing an email to support@contractbazaar.in within the stipulated timelines. The email shall contain your name, order number, service particulars along with a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
5.2 If we are satisfied with your reason and believe the same cannot be resolved by our team, we will initiate the refund (after deducting applicable taxes) within 7 (Seven) working days.
6. Change in Services
Once payment has been made, the service cannot be changed. The Company only accepts requests for amendments in documents delivered under Custom Agreements up to 2 timesafter the date of delivery, with the caveat that the nature of the document's transaction has not changed entirely.
7. Standard Pricing
We have a standard pricing policy for services with no additional service charges. The Company reserves the right to revise the Service Fee from time to time, effective as and when updated on the Platform. Applicable taxes and government charges may apply. The standard pricing policy shall not be applicable to increases due to changes in applicable taxes or government charges.
8. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or penalty as a result of any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including acts of God, pandemic, lockdown, embargo or other governmental action. Refund requests cannot be made for delayed deliveries on account of Force Majeure.
9. Jurisdiction of Law
In case of any dispute regarding the policy of the Company, an arbitrator shall be appointed by the Company to ascertain the rights and liabilities of the parties. All disputes are subject to laws applicable in India and subject to jurisdictions of courts in Noida only.
